The Association for the Advancement of the Blind and Retarded, also known as ABBR, is a nonprofit agency that assists children with developmental disabilities. The organization also offers home health care and skilled nursing services through the St. Pascal Day Treatment and Day Habilitation Saturday Respite Center.
