The most unprofessional dentist I've ever been to. The worst experience I've EVER had as a consumer. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. I can honestly say I've never been so personally insulted. Before I ever saw the Orthodontist, I had to wait for Christy to give me the cost. After waiting some time she came said my insurance would not cover any part of the procedure. I should have been covered so as I try to determine if I should call them or if I could cover the cost myself that day, she picks up my belongs and escorts me out. She does not ask me if I still want the procedure, just picked up my belongings, rudely said she would give a copy and took me to the door. I was stunned. I was professional, polite and she wasn't in the room with me for more than 30 seconds. She made it clear I did not have insurance, I was wasting her time, and get out. I'm was truly shocked. I've had braces for 6 years so after such an investment I will definitely get the work done- somewhere else. HORRIBLE Person.
