I rented @ Waterside Apartments in Saginaw. Their manager on site Pam S. was the most arrogant and ignorant person to deal with. When I moved in there were several things that needed maintenance. While I was moving in my boxes her maintenance men were struggling with several plumbing and electrical problems. After several months of dealing with Pam avoiding the repairs that should have been done before I moved in, finally someone showed up. Her maintenance worker John was clueless as to how to repair even simple plumbing leaks and was completely inept. After watching him fumble around with tools and making the problem worse, he packed up his tools and left. When I called back with the same problem now made worse, Pam copped an attitude and told me to fix it myself after a long rant that her employee John was the best employee and faithful to the company and I was being unreasonable. She claimed her employee John said he made all the repairs on her slip. I ended my lease early fearing that I would be charged with water damages to cabinets and ceilings since Pam was avoiding the issue all together. And I was after I moved out! And I was also told I had ruined the carpet in a bedroom that I never used and kept the door closed to the entire time I shortly lived there. When it went to court Pam produce pictures of carpeting from a different apartment because the view from the window in the pictures wasn't the one I had rented. It was laughable and unethical.

My advice, stay away from Waterside Apartments in Saginaw Michigan and their shifty arrogant manager Pam Salem. Shame on Altman Management Company for employing such an unethical person.
