Most people only write reviews when they are upset, but if you a regular customer you don't believe everything you read. I have been coming here for almost a year. They have what I need at a great price and have great customer service. I have no complaints.

I was just there a couple days ago and got a Pom puppy he was dirty, smelly and has worms. I have purchased pups there before and had no problems but needless to say I will not go back. As soon as you walk in it smells. The bunnies look like they haven't been cleaned out, the store is a mess and the two girls that was there didn't seem to be to interested in there job. Just to make it simple the store has gone down hill.

I rate this place a '1' because it won't let me rate it '0' - this place is absolutely terrible. When you first walk in to the store everything seems fine, until you realize the aquariums are completely filthy, the fish are dying from lack of water changes, and the staff know next to nothing about fish care at all. Then you go upstairs and there are kittens living in cages that look like they haven't been cleaned in months, and the kittens all look sick. Needless to say the bird room doesn't look any better. The puppy's they have there are almost always sick and in tiny cages and each of the three rooms (cats, birds, dogs) look like they're probably close to being 100 degrees in there. It's disturbing to see that the people that work there don't seem to care about the terrible conditions the animals are kept in. I do not intend to go back. Ever.
