Established in 1976, Howard Structural Steel Inc. is one of the largest steel fabricators north of Detroit. Based in Saginaw, Mich., the company specializes in structural steel, steel joist and deck, steel erection, steel rolling and conveyor fabrications. It offers services to all construction sectors, including public works programs, schools, staircases and handrail.
