The office staff is nice, however the nurse saw me for a sinus infection that I get 2x per year. She told me to buy $100 worth of over the counter junk that would not help me. But I did it anyway. When I called back after 5 hours and told her I felt worse, she was rude to me when I asked her to prescribe an antibiotic. She told me to go to the ER!!! I wanted to avoid that, isn't that why I went there in the first place? A $4 bottle of pills for all of this. Disappointed.

My autistic daughter was just treated so poorly at this facility. I brought her in because she is displaying signs of an allergic reaction on top of swollen lymph nodes irritated throat and some fungus type rash that has not went away and seems to be spreading no matter what medicine she is being put on. They never tried to help me figure out what she may be allergic to so that it can be put in her medical records no questions were asked about new things ate new soaps or new medicine given. They basically rushed us out because we were the very last ones seen and it was close to closing. I'm going to look into doing something about this that is ridiculous I knew once I saw other reviews that it want all in my head that they just wanted to rush us off and forget doing their job the insurance is already paying them to do which is nothing in my case and that's a shame to waste all that time getting a degree to help people and make them feel better but they leave feeling like me and my child did and how these other viewers felt upon leaving this facility. Wish I could give it no stars but they won't let me

Took my 21 month old in for bad cough. Dr said get a vaporizer and sent us home. Got home baby was coughing so bad he passed out. Took him to ER he had a fever and pneumonia. Dr at med express was a lazy and worthless.
