My friend and I split the cost in advance for the round trip to AC services advertised on cheapnewyorklimousines.com. The owner of the company, Bob, even let us make payments instead of paying up front, which was great on our wallets, and all communications were immediate and friendly. The day of the trip is where our issues began.

Bob was in constant communication the morning of even to let us know he was gassing up to leave. Then he sent us a message saying the only limousine available was no longer available due to mechanical issues. It wouldn't have been an issue, if he hadn't sent us this message 20 minutes before he was scheduled to leave and pick the 10 of us up. It doesn't end there. We still haven't received the full refund we were promised, only a partial. This was about a month ago, and we're still waiting. Communication has now become nonexistent. The terms and conditions on their website state (verbatim): You will receive a full refund of any payments made to us by you (i.e. deposits, prepaid overtime, balance) within (2) weeks by company check.

And nothing as of yet.
