Sterman Masser can pack and distribute more than 70-million pounds of potatoes each year. Nestled in the Pennsylvania Dutch Hegins and Lykens valleys, the original Sterman Masser potato farm was rented from Ralph Masser by Sterman and Geraldine Masser in 1959. The company now consists of 4,000 acres between three states, 1,000 are potato acres and 3,000 are cash grain acres. The types of potatoes that are available from Sterman Masser include Blue Denim, Country Style Red, Russet Brand and Golden Brand. The company ships year-round from Maine to California. Sterman Masser is an eighth-generation family-owned potato farming company located in Sacramento, Pa.
