Worst customer service ever. The only reason why I go to this office is because it's close to my house. It's like they don't even try to help you . Two thumbs down for this place. Go to another usps.

i wish I could give this office a .5 star. i have attempted to change over my mail over 3 times and yet still i have not received my forwarded mail. This office is the worst and still over 2 months later I have no mail... Im only giving it 1 star since the young ladies working the register are always courteous.

For some unknown reason, the carrier for my street (Winters Street, 95838) will NOT leave the movies that I order through Netflix. Why? This is a good question. I have only receioved 2 movies in a month, when I should get 4 to 6 per week. We have replaced our OLD mailbox with a new larger one, thinking this may have been the problem this past month (May). I had to call the supervisor, Marylou and inform her of the problem with the carrier. She assured me that I should not have this problem EVER again and that she would speak to the actual carrier to find out why they are not leaving the Netflix movies. Hopefully, this will be the end of my headache with the carrier returning my Netflix movies back to the company. UNACCEPTABLE and ILLEGAL.
