Frankly, if you have a choice don't bother with this place. It is "assembly line" denistry at its worst. They don't work on you in a private room, they just line you up with other patients in a long room with minimal dividers. But that's not the worst part about Scripps. They will spend three times as much time going over your ability to pay than they will on actually looking at your teeth. As far as I can tell they try to have all their patients immediatly sign up for a line of credit (called "Care Credit) so they can bill you the entire estimate of what they plan on doing BEFORE they perform one single thing on an actual tooth. In my teenage daughter's case, they neglected to inform me what was covered by my insurance and what was not or how much each co-pay would be. They just lumped everything together and said, "sign here". And trying to get anyone to call us back (about anything) has been a joke.As far as the actual work done by the dentist, I would rate it at below average.
