I have lived here for almost 2 years I am A roofer and have many tools. I have had my truck broken into 3 times each time I have had my tools stolen and my back passenger window busted out I have told the security and the office but apparently there is nothing they can do about it. They have found stolen cars on this street they have had many other vehicles broken into and have had a few cars stolen and a trailer stolen. The only contact I have had with the security is when they towed my truck from in front of my garage where I parked my truck next to my window so I can hear it somebody broken into it.The maintenance is excellent they are quick and thorough the office is professional and courteous but if you have a nice vehicle or you have tools that you have to put in your vehicle I would not move here I like the location it is a nice looking complex but I have lost almost $8,000 worth of toolsI I wish I could move but it is too expensive to break my lease. Plus I can't save any money to move because my tools that I make a living with keep getting stolen. and I know the complex will do nothing to help

My wife and I went in to rent an apartment. We were given a sheet with the move in costs and signed up since we thought we were getting a good deal.

Two days later the manager called me asking for a double deposit. We make way more than the required rent so they must have figured they could get more out of us. We pointed out that we had already signed the statement that had our move in costs on it. All the manager would say it was policy due to credit score. We were never told that the costs could go up. In fact the lady made it seem like all was well.

My wife is heartbroken and I am insulted. We now have to locate a place to move since we thought everything was ok. If you go to these apartments,beware what you sign may not be honored.

When I went to retrieve my holding deposit they did not apologize. In fact they only gave me a dirty look. They are unprofessional. I am considering a lawsuit to get back the cost of the credit check because they made it seem it would not matter and that everything was ok.

We found out the hard way with them. Don't rent from Riverview Ranch Apartments!
