I do shop at Otis quite often, they also have what I'm looking for. Today 3/7/15, I was a little annoyed by the female cashier. She Was Kinda New there and Rude. She kept talking to other staff and didn't greet me. I'm spending money here. A simple hello and thank you would be appropriated. I got the cold treatment. This was not here first time. Be professional and take care of your customers first and stop to other staff. A simple hello and thank you go a long way.

This is a grocery store, not a restaurant. It is however, the BEST Japanese grocery in town. Sashimi-grade fish and a beautiful butcher shop. This tiny little store has everything. They are in the process of building a larger store, conveniently within biking distance of my house and apparently plan to have more ready-made food available. Can't wait!!
