I PAID CASH FOR TWO NIGHTS, $130.46. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME RECEIPT. THEY SAID THEY WILL GIVE ME RECEIPT WHEN I CHECK OUT. THAT IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
MY FEET BECAME BLACK WALKING IN THE ROOM. THEY DO NOT MOP THE FLOORS AFTER CLEANING THE ROOM EACH DAY . I TOOK A WHITE TOWEL AND WIPED THE FLOOR. THE TOWEL BECAME BLACK LIKE THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET. I WAS BANNED FROM BOOKING ANOTHER ROOM THERE FOR ASKING FOR A RECEIPT. THE CLERK SAID I WAS RUDE. I TOLD HER THE BUSINESS STANDARD IS: "IF I GIVE YOU MONEY, YOU GIVE ME RECEIPT."
