Read on...I contacted Russell Miller from Miller Law Group regarding a criminal case and he eluded that he knew the judge and the prosecuting DA. I met with Russell Miller and Tracy Pratchen and gave them $5,000.00. After the first court date, which didn't go well, he promised to call me to let me know what will happen next. I could not get him to return calls and his secretary Tracy Pratchen kept saying he was out of the office. After two weeks of not being able to contact him, I fired him as an attorney. He left the case 'hanging' and had to hire another attorney. Needing money, I asked for the remainder of my money back. I could not get a hold of Russell Miller and often reached voicemail, which my calls were never returned. He kept all the money and doesn't return calls.
