Horrible experience with a repair on 2 month old tires. 4 new tires installed in about an hour. Nail hole patched in 1hr & 37 minutes. Was told it could be 45 min. to an hour for a bay to open up. Then the repair time. ( What are my choices, I have a nail in the tire.) At 1 hr. & 5 min., after 2 cars that came in after me were pulled into bays, my truck was back up behind another vehicle & the repair was done off a jack. It certainly appears that "Cash is King" & warranty work is beyond 2nd fiddle. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade, but find this unsettling. If another repair is needed I will most likely go somewhere else & pay for the repair. $14.00 vs. 1:37 min. I think my time is well worth that.

This shop has great service - they are fast and polite and if you don't have a ride it's a great place to wait - clean, comfortable, with free coffee and popcorn and a plasma TV. They don't try to get you to pick the most expensive option, but will recommend what's best for your car. I've had some bad service before and that's why I like to review a place if it's a positive experience, which Les Schwab on Bradshaw was for me.
