Ladan Investors 2 AKA Ladi Senior Apartments is a low-income senior complex in Arden-Arcade area of Sacramento. It is an old Dodge City Inn hotel that was turned to senior apartment complex back in 2004. Now, it is nice senior complex, gated and well maintained.

Nice apartment complex for seniors. You have to be 55 years of age or greater to live there. Rent is reasonable. Sometimes they have move-in special, which helps a lot with up front cost to move-in. Normally, they have a waiting list from 6 month to a year. It is gated property with a surveillance system. I would recommend it!

be forewarned! this project (it is a "project") is very expensive if your income is low. They think nothing of renting a $510.00 apartment to individuals who have incomes of less than $900.00. If you are thinking of renting here please THINK what it will be like to live without money left over for other basics... like food and clothing... or utilities, car payments or gas, or car repairs. You will not have enough money left over for these other necessities. I recommend that you KEEP LOOKING, get your name on wait lists for other senior living apartments. You can call 211 and they will send you a list that includes OTHER apartments you can check out. Again, do NOT move here you will regret it.
