Dr, Kaplan is a caring man! I love his staff..They are very caring about their patients! I do not feel like just a number. They call me by name & i just love him :)

No he is not compassionate and does not listen. In fact he totally ignored my concerns on more than one occassion. I am currently looking for a new doctor. I can no longer tolerate his unprofessionalism and bad attitude.
