Staff is knowledgable, friendly, supportive. Atmosphere is relaxing. Located in a Victorian on J Street, you don't feel like you're at the gym. Staff encourages clients to work at their own pace and level. You never feel embarrassed in class if you can't do something. This is a great place for beginners or those with an advanced level of fitness. I highly recommend Healthy Habits Fitness and Yoga Studio!
