Health for All Adult Day Health Care Center provides adult day health care programs, and is located in Sacramento, Calif. It provides adult day health care programs and has a health clinic and social service center for the elderly and mentally and physically disabled adults. Its health and social services include support for stroke patients and adults with chronic illness, head trauma, mental illness and those who need assistance with personal needs. It also provides safe and therapeutic environment for patients suffering from Alzheimer's disease. The center additionally provides medical care, health education programs, transportation, dietary assistance, hot lunches, speech, occupational and physical therapies, social and recreational activities and psychological counseling.
