An important number of items contained in a black cloth carrying case were left amongst baby clothes by accident. Theresa, a Cashier, noticed. Tina, Manager, secured the item. Tyler had assisted with my purchase. I returned 24 hours later and asked Tina if she was aware of my loss. She asked to me to identifying the contents. These were critical items of importance to me. After I listed them, she said, "I have it." She went to the back non-public area of the store and promptly returned the lost item. Alert, pleasant, caring staff had made my day and greatly influenced days to follow by their high quality service. Such a store is the wrong place to forget personal items, because they can so easily be mixed in with similar items and stocked for sale or simply taken by a dishonest person. Earlier I had looked at length in the store without finding my lost item. I was impressed with the complexity of this community service business. Thank you, Goodwill. Stan McNicol
