Since 1977, El Hogar Community Services Inc. has been providing mental health care services to the Latino community under the Sacramento Concilio. Based in Sacramento, Calif., it is an outpatient mental health agency that serves adults suffering from mental illness. Some of the center s programs include the Guest House Homeless Clinic and Sierra Elder Wellness Program. El Hogar Community Services Inc. is a member of the Association of Mental Health Contractors, California Council of Community Mental Health Agencies and California Association of Social Rehabilitation Agencies, among others.
