Dave and Deb ( his assistant) are an outstanding team. They helped teach me certain workouts to do at home on vacation, or any time I was away from the gym. They encourage strength through humor when needed, everyone needs a boost when recovering or rehabilitating and injury. Dave and Deb always put a smile on my face, and made me feel good about all I was doing for myself. That was huge for me! Can't thank them both enough!
