Our Mission… We are committed to providing the highest quality of personalized care to individuals who prefer to continue living in their homes. Care, Patience, and Love for people especially with the elderly, are the characteristics instilled in the minds and hearts of four individuals who gathered together to form Caregivers of Land Park. Paul and Sally Cimino, John Cimino Jr and Rangi Giner who respectively own assisted living facilities within the Land Park and Greenhaven neighborhoods are now extending help to seniors directly in their own homes. They created a shared vision of a non-medical home care agency that is guided by compassion and a genuine concern for the elderly. In-Home Senior Care Around Sacramento, CA We live here, we work here, and it is within our neighborhood that we make a difference in the hearts and minds of the elderly and their families we serve. We provide 24-hour answering service and continuous managerial support. Our main service areas include Land Park, Greenhaven, & Pocket neighborhoods. CareGivers of Land Park are available 24 hours a day to provide care to seniors who need assistance because of illness, injury, recuperation from surgery or active seniors who need some assistance at home. We also provide respite care or full-time care with billing increments of 15 minutes. Your loved one will receive a personalized care plan that is tailored to his or her needs ensuring comfort and peace of mind. Our Approach: Neighborly We live and work in the neighborhood. Like a good neighbor, we are always watching out for the members of our community, and willing to help in any way we can.
