I was referred to Dr. T by a picky friend (if he recommended, the guy had to be good). On my first visit, the examination was extra thorough and the Good Doctor spent an inordinate amount of time explaining each aspect of my vision challenges and my future options. I spent an unjustifiable amount of money for a pair of deluxe glasses - all the latest options included and found the transition option less than desirable. On my second visit, another outstanding examination; mentioned to the Good Doctor that my ROI on these glasses was disappointing because the transition lenses eliminate available indoor light normal to reading and computer work. Without request or provocation, Dr. Tracy ordered new lenses without the transition option and I had them installed days later at no charge. This, my dear reader, is an act of a Good Doctor, Good Businessman and Good Human Being. 4 stars for the above; last star for better future competitive pricing.
