stayed at the 15 massie ct location in march 2011. paid night staff in cash upon check in. asked for a receipt. said get one in the morning upon check out...simple enough. went in the morning to get receipt upon check out...no ink in printer. said will fax receipt to a personal fax number. 1. charged my credit card again for the stay. 2. overdrafted my checking accout.3. complained/inquired....LIED said cash transaction never occurred. 4. going to court. BEWARE!!! NO STARS.
