General Info

I work with people who are tired of the "same old, same old." They're beginning to question something in their lives, and there's a spark inside that tells them change is possible. All of my clients inspire me, and I am excited to set off on the path with them towards new adventures, large and small. My own life has had its share of adventures, including stints in such diverse locations as Phoenix, Brooklyn, San Francisco, and Madison, Wisconsin. I did finally put down roots in Sacramento, where I share a home with my husband David and a bevy of rescued kitties. I still love adventuring, though, and many days find us walking beside the river, visiting the ocean, and going off the beaten path. One of my earliest passions was theatre, and throughout my life there has been one constant - my abiding fascination with people and their stories, particularly those that experience and express great aliveness and fulfillment. Ultimately this led me to discover my own path, when I real ized that I love partnering with people to find that sweet spot within themselves that makes their lives truly sing. I believe in the wisdom of the imagination and the power of individuals to transform their lives by transforming their thoughts and actions.
