No stars at all! The rating worldn't work unless I chose at least 1 star. The turnover of managers is frequent (6 that I know of) because the property owner is a shyster. He makes deals and promises but doesn't hold them. He finds ways to take additional money from you. There are several nice people that live there but the owner has burnt them all. He even attempted to put a disabled elderly lady out on the streets because she was caring for her grandchildren.

I don't recommend this place, I use to live here and couldn't sleep the neighbors were up all night. Its loud and the onsite managers are a crock of bull, they don't really exist. If they were there, the people wouldn't be able to do half of what they do.

Auburn Oaks is a small, quiet and established mobile home park located close to major arteries, public transportation and shopping establishments.
