About Mat Hart Mathew Hart, State General Agent in California, joined American Income Life in August 1999. Before he began his career with the Company he worked as a financial advisor at New York Life. Mathew was enticed to join AIL because of the products, the people, and the growth potential. â??I appeared as the Top Supervisor in the country one month and I couldnâ??t believe it. I went to Convention and realized, even though I was in a small market territory, I was as good as everyone else across the country. People in the community started to look up to me. I became responsible for helping protect families and providing jobs.
