When we first met Tim and Kameron from A-1, they seemed like nice guys. We live in Dixon and were having a problem with our Bosch dishwasher not completing its cycle, and leaving water in the bottom. Repairman Tim made three visits, installing a new drain pump, and vacuuming the outflow hose, without fixing the problem. For this we were charged a total of $480 (half the price of the dishwasher). For that high-end price, we expected the problem to be fixed. I contacted Kameron, who apparently owns the company, and requested a different repairman. On the next visit both Tim and Kameron came, replacing the check valve, and claiming they were doing us a favor by not charging extra – but that if a repairman had to come out again, they would charge for a new visit. Their visit didn’t fix the problem. By this time, we were royally pissed and had totally lost confidence in them. I asked for a refund of $387 for non-performance – or for them to make a refund offer. Kameron never responded. We threw $487 into a hole and got nothing for it. We’re still washing dishes by hand. I’m taking them to small claims court. Folks, if you want to risk losing many hundreds of dollars, these are the right guys for you.
