I totally agree with all the other negative reviews online about Royal Roofing & Siding in Lewiston, ME. The owner is extremely dishonest and does not care one bit about customer satisfaction. He quoted me a price for a small job, and when it was done, sent a bill for three times the amount quoted. When I called him to dispute the amount, the man flew into a tirade and would not listen to a word I said. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and he still was not willing to compromise. In his response to the complaint, he called me a liar and problem customer.I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do yourself a favor and find an ETHICAL business person who is worthy of your time and money.
