I lived in Rutland for years. Smiling Steve's Rutland Pharmacy has always been my favorite place. Now that I live in Florida on occasion I will order something online because I know what I will get will be top quality and I know when I ask questions, I will get an answer on an personal basis and not some generic answer. A couple of years ago my son who lives in Rutland was so sick he could not get out. I ordered what he needed and it was delivered to him. Way to go Smiling Steve!

i am not inpressed with Rutland pharmacy .I had my daughter to the doctors and she had a major burn and needed a special cream . so the doctors faxed over the percription over to Rutland pharmacy. went to get it the said they did not have it . so called doctor back next day and they refaxed it and called me back saying the pharmacy had recived the order for her med. get to Rutland pharmacy and the said they did not get it . after looking around for 20 min they found it setting on a desk. they said sorry we can not do anything about it tonite u will have to call back tomarrow . so this day number two. so day three i called the and they said they had what i needed for the burn. so i said i would be to pick it up on my lunch break it get there and they tell me the didn't have it and they needed to order it and it will be in the next day so we are going onto day 4 no med for the major burn she has to heal.

Rutland Pharmacy has always been terrific with guest service. The staff really stand out. But today they went way above and beyond and opened up their Ludlow store for me so I could get my critical throid medication. I work at a ski area and the week has been very busy. unfortunately I was unaware of the early close time yesterday and when I called Rutland for help the pharmacist offered to come in on New Years Day to help me. Thanks!!!

Smiling Steve's is the pharmacy that I have been filling my prescriptions since i was knee high to a grasshopper. There is not another pharmacy in town that helps me like this ONE does. They always have a smile on their faces and give 110% in what ever they are doing for you. THANKS SMILING STEVE'S I'm very grateful for all your employees.

We drove from Hinesburg to Rutland. The associate that helped us fit a waterproof short leg cast was pleasant and went out of his way to accomodate us. When the product they had in stock would not fit, he ordered the size that we needed which was delivered the next day. The store then called to let us know it was ready for pick up.
