Great pizza but three times in the past few weeks I went out of my way to get there and each time I found hand-written notes on the door saying either "back at 3:30" when I arrived at 3:50, or "back in 20 minutes" and I drove elsewhere to do errands and got back over 30 minutes later and still closed. This is not the way to treat customers. Again, GREAT pizza, but must adhere to your posted hours.

I am thrilled to see this place is open again and it's now much better looking inside than before. Andrew cooks from the heart; it is his passion. He KNOWS food. You cannot fake that. Friendly service and he'll talk food with you. Who else does that around here? This is hands down the best pizza in the area. I can't wait to go back and try his subs (make it a sausage & pepper parm) and other dishes. I think people need to spread the word about how great the food is here. He deserves to go far. Mr. Andrew G. Coviello Jr, with being Italian and learning from His Grandmother should be on the Food Network! I have no doubt that he will be a Famous Pizza & Deli Food Maker to be reckoned with & most likely a restaurant owner. His own recipes have yet to be done at this Great Family Oriented Pizza/Deli that is a wonderful experience for young Children as well as single adults. Its like eating something good from your own kitchen growing up with your Mother or Grandmother. I'm greatful that in today's element that there is still some people giving their best in the food business.

Since the remodel in May 2010, and the change in management, I feel really comfortable bringing my two year old daughter to sit down and have some of the best food in Rutland. The atmosphere is fun -- chalkboard paint on the walls, radio playing, comfortable booths to sit in. My family loves going there....And the food! Forget about it!!!! Fantastic smoked ribs, delicious pulled pork, best pizza in town. I love his crust. It is so flaky and light. Andrew, the sole proprietor is so nice and talented.
