Founded in 1956, College of St. Joseph is a Catholic college located in Rutland, Vt. The college provides a range of associate, bachelor's and master's degree programs to more than 450 students. It offers programs in education, art, science, business, psychology and human services. Its curriculum includes history, accounting, management, business administration, liberal studies, health science and organizational leadership. It provides a variety of sports activities, including soccer, basketball, baseball, volleyball and softball. The educational institution also operates various clubs and organizations that include residence hall council, student government association, and dance and drama club. In addition, it offers various outdoor activities, such as snowboarding, canoeing, hiking, mountain biking and downhill skiing. College of St. Joseph is accredited by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges.
