Ruthven Community Care Center is a community-owned nonprofit center that serves the elderly population in northwestern Iowa. The center has more than 15 apartments. It has a 40-plus-bed licensed care facility that is spread over an area of more than 6,000 square feet. It offers adult day care, hospice and respite care services.
