I have been doing business with Bobby for 20 years and recently the quality of his work has suffered. I recently took a Sears riding mower to him with fuel in the motor oil. He replaced the carb needle and charged for additional unneccessary work including oil and filter change, fuel filter change, new fuel line. I had someone else pick up the mower and when I used the mower it kept cutting off. I discovered that the fuel line didn't have enough fall to be gravity fed into the motor. I had to reroute it and it was fine...so i thought. I then found that fuel was leaking from the bottom of the carb. I called Bobby the follwing Monday and he hung up on me. Then his technician called back thankfully. He explained to me that he couldnt start the motor with fuel in it and i completely understood. However, I should have received a courtesy call explaining the problems/solutions before the work was done. Bobby and his staff acted unprofessionally and will no longer work on any of my equipment.
