Absolutely the best appliance store in the area. We have purchased all of our kitchen applicances and appliances for our finished basement and every time were extremely satisfied with the prices, customer service, delivery and installation. They will beat any price you can find on line, time and time again. This is a perfect example of supporting the local stores in the town in which you live. i have to disagree w/the other reviewer. i have done business with lanni for the past 3 years. during that time, i have had a microwave fixed (more on that later), and bought a range hood, dishwasher & washing machine. their prices were very reasonable (cheaper than lowes when you consider the delivery and installation!) and they delivered faster than lowes offered. also, the customer service i received at lanni's was much better than how i was treated at lowes. the staff was knowledgeable and personable. as for the microwave fix, it turned out that a fuse was blown, and lanni's didn't charge me for the visit! they could have easily said it was irreparable and sold me a new microwave, but they dealt with me honestly and kindly. i would definitely do business with them again! i've done my shopping around in the past, but i don't need to waste my time anymore; they're my first-stop now when it comes to appliances.

Flakey and unreliable. The don't adhere to their posted store hours, they frequently don't answer their phones during business hours. They were unreliable with my delivery, calling an hour after our appliance was due to be delivered to say they wouldn't be there until he next business day, forcing me to waste another vacation day.
