What a sham. I went in December to see about having these so called educated professionals help me with filing a medicaid application, only they never followed through and dropped the ball. I had to go to Monroe, LA, to the Medicaid office to fill out the paperwork. I am curious where these people went to college, or did they attend, or just sleep through their classes. I called to speak to a manager today 7/28/15 only to have the receptionist tell me she is out for the day... Typical bureaucracy at it's finest.
