This bank has the worst customer service I have ever seen at a bank. I went in to open a cd account and after waiting for 30 minutes (I should have walked out then) I was finally asked by a lady if I needed help. She saw me waiting and did not come out to ask this until I had been sitting outside her office for 30 minutes. When I told her yes I wanted to open a CD she rolled her eyes and said "well I have to take my daughter somewhere but come on in." Her daughter stayed in the office the entire time interrupting her repeatedly to ask if she was ready to go yet. After opening the CD I also wanted to know about a checking account and she rolled her eyes again and said "I have to take my daughter somewhere so do you want to wait for me to get back or do you want to come back tomorrow?". Needless to say I left and did not go back. Unfortunately I am locked into the CD account but at least I don't have to deal with this bank on a daily basis.
