Kaylee Wolfe, APRN, has recently joined Healthy Connections in Russellville, where she is extending her expertise in primary care, family medicine, HIV management, and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for opioid addiction. With a Master’s of Science in Nursing and a Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Wolfe brings a rich background of experience, notably from her tenure at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Committed to her roots in the River Valley, she is passionate about contributing to the community’s health, emphasizing the importance of comprehensive care, education, and prevention.
