      my wife and I moved to the Russellville area from Austin Texas and realized very quickly that T Mobile was not the way to go in this area because of their slow services. A guy named Eric spoke to us over the phone and invited us in to his shop to get a rundown and fix possibly for the situation of having slow services with T Mobile. Eric informed us that we could use our t mobile phones with either straight talk or net10 services. We had already been informed of that and were hesitant to do so because we had heard about people being shut off from utilizing their data services. We actually called to obtain information from one of the service providers, I think straight talk and did not get anywhere! Eric informed us that they are great services that offer unlimited talk and text but straight talk and net 10 do have provisions in the Terms of Service that we would need to read over before making the decision. My wife and I had already spoken to someone else in town who offered straight talk sim cards and he did not inform us of any of this. In fact, he told us that it was a truly unlimited service and had it not been for Eric, we never would have been aware of the "fine print" and that says a lot about him as a person because he was upfront and honest instead of trying to just make a buck at someone else's expense. I am a firm believer that knowledge is power and I'm happy to have found a person whose integrity has not yet been compromised! Lol... Oh, by the way,eric is a veteran of the US military as Am I... just thought that the connection between that was pretty cool.

      I dropped my iPhone 4 in the rain and they replaced my burnt out lcd for $96 out the door! I'll definitely tell my friends.
