You could not ask for better customer service. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Every product I have ever purchased has been excellent. I actually drive 25 miles to shop here when there is a co op within 7 miles of me. I just have a much better experience with the Russellville store. Top notch staff!

I am a very frequent customer at this store. I too purchase the Carhartt they sell. I have always recieved friendly service with quality merchandise. Maybe the previous poster should have examined his merchandise before he took the tags off. If you went to ANY OTHER STORE IN THE US and had already wahsed the clothing and threw away the reciept there is NO WAY they would let you exchange it. At least the guys tried to help you, they didn't even have to do that. Anyway, I highly recomment the Co-op to anyone with farming needs, gardening needs, horse equipment needs to go visit the Russellville co-op. They are a friendly helpful bunch of guys.

If there was a lower than one star rating that's what I would give. I purchased a pair of bib overalls which I have done many times prior for myself and my son. Being confident with the Carhart brand I took them home, removed the tags and threw them in the washer. Upon removing them I noticed one clasp was mangled and our machines showed no signs of damage. If that happened in our machined its guaranteed it would have damaged them. I took them back to exchange. The two men behind the counter proceeded to (with pliers) twist the clasp back. I could have done that myself. They left large burrs on it. When I requested an exchange they said "no way we will lose money". I spend approxately $10k a year there. NOT NO MORE!!!!!! All I expected was courtesy and instead I got sarcasm and rude behavior. What happened to the customer is always right? Oh they also shorted me on my corn order so be sure and count your bags.
