The company produces three types of pulleys: the earliest line of pressed (stamped) steel, a split steel version that offers more durability and spun steel designed for the lawn and garden industry. Clark Pulley installed the first precisely controlled and timed autophoretic coating system for lawn and garden pulleys. This coating was selected because it s an environmentally safe process that also offers improved performance characteristics. The system s benefits include salt spray results, more than 500 hours of continuous spray and uniform film thickness. In 1998, Clark diversified by offering assembly, brazing, coating and stamping capabilities in addition to manufacturing the pulleys.
