Product quantity delivered was shorted. Acknowledged credit due but then refused to respond to any communications. On 6/16/14, my company ordered 100 Temp Panels to be delivered to our customers project site. We were required to pay at delivery and present a letter from our bank guaranteeing the $9,300.00 check was good. It was stressed to us several times prior to delivery to have payment there and the bank letter. Even the driver made a point to mention it when he called to coordinate the delivery time. The delivery was made on 6/21/14 and we were shorted 4 panels. As this was on a Saturday and our employees were 2 hours from our office,there was no way to rewrite a check. We noted the delivery ticket and on Monday contacted the sales rep, Ashley Davis, to let him know of the shortage and inquire as to a refund in the amount of $320.00 for the undelivered product.
