I drive all the way there to get my car cleaned, its 5pm and they are closed??? Really, on a Saturday!!! Why not stay open to at least 7pm on the weekends. I guess no one likes to work in this country anymore. I will be finding a different place to bring my vehicles. Thats just a big inconvenience to me.

I was impressed with the way the workers were working on the vehicles. BUT there is now a long scratch on the trunk of my Cadillac that was not there when I drove in and was when I drove out. ALSO, the windows are all spotty and there is still dirt on the floor. My impression changed.

I have used this car wash for the past 2 yrs. The last 3x I visited, even paying additional for leather cleaning, the employees DO NOT care what kind of job they do. There is waaayy too much just goofing off, visiting, checking their cell phones, wandering around aimlessly even tho there are cars waiting for finalizing after the automated wash. I have to carefully go over everything and even tho they say they will correct an issue, that person will wander off - presumably to get cleaning items and then just never come back. You get tired of standing around waiting so finally you just leave. Last trip, even tho I purchased a gold service, the trunk was not vacuumed, front window was not cleaned, person said they would correct, walked away, and never came back. I had already been standing around for over 10 min waiting for someone to come take my claim check and walk around the car with me so I drove off.That will be the LAST TIME I have to just drive off their lot.Find another place!

i've never had any problems with vacuuming, wiping down or tire shine. I have never once been told I have purchased a lesser package so I can't have something done. I am very particular about my Camaro and they do an excellent job. I sometimes have to tell them not to do the tire shine because it swirls up on the car as I am going down the highway, and they will cordially and courteously follow my instructions.

The line moved at medium speed. I had never been there and the line was building up so I thought I would pick a package, since I wanted to have it vacuumed and washed. I picked the bronze package which is a 12.00 package. I made my way to the inside of the store and paid my 12.00+tax. I just never saw them vacuum? I saw they were finished with my Jeep, I went to meet them at the car, opened the back door and noticed dog hair still on the floor mats. When I questioned it, they said that was the best they could do. Now this was recent dog hair, I can pick it up with my own vacuum cleaner, but I have a bad back and so does my husband so I thought why not have it done. I continued to question them, because the inside of the car did not look like it was vacuumed at all? he said that would be 15.00 extra to vacuum! And then insulted me by telling me I got the cheapest package, they don't extra vacuum. Never again, can't believe it. We will not recommend this place to anyone again.
