  Sealants are a common preventive treatment in dentistry. Some teeth have fine grooves or pits that accumulate plaque — not because the person doesn't brush, but because the grooves are too narrow to allow even one bristle into them.

Restorative

• Fillings
  Bonding can also be used in place of regular amalgam fillings. Many patients prefer bonded fillings because the white color is much less noticeable than the silver of the amalgam fillings. Bonding fillings can be used on front and back teeth, depending on the location and extent of tooth decay.
• Resin Composite
  The direct technique usually involves placing composite resin on the outside of the tooth using bonding. Because of that, the direct technique is usually referred to as bonding. The indirect technique usually involves two appointments because the veneers are fabricated at a dental laboratory. At the first appointment the teeth are prepared, impressions are taken, and the teeth are given a temporary covering. The veneers are back from the laboratory after two or three weeks. The temporaries are removed, and the veneers are bonded to the teeth. The laboratory-fabricated veneers are usually made using porcelain or pressed ceramic, and are esthetically pleasing.

They are used to improve esthetics or help with tooth damage. Veneers are usually only performed on the front part of the teeth that are visible when talking or smiling.   It seems that they do it all, I am very impressed with the facility and the staff, at my previous dentist, I was sent here for pulling a tooth, a different place to have my teeth clean and then if it was a root canal someplace else again. At Soft Dental they seem to do it all. The staff I have found to be nothing but kind and considerate. The Dentists are knowledgeable and listen to what your specific needs or wants.   A denture is a removable replacement for missing teeth and surrounding tissues. A partial denture is used when two or more natural teeth still remain in the upper or lower jaw. Made of replacement teeth attached to a pink or gum-colored plastic base, partial dentures help restore better functionality to the mouth. As with full dentures, it is possible to have more secured option snapped into place.
• Overdentures
  Overdentures, also known as implant-supported dentures, are dentures that are attached to implants in the jaw. An overdenture is used when a patient no longer has teeth remaining in their mouth but enough bone in their jaw to support implants. Overdentures snap into place on top of implants but can be removed for cleaning.

  Dr. Tuyen Nguyen graduated from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2002. He went to the University of Minnesota for his undergrad school. He started his own business as Soft Dental back in 2005 in Rush City and has moved his office and team to the newly built customized dental office at the current location, 6000 sq ft, since December 2008. He has dedicated his entire life in Minnesota to dentistry from dental school. Dentistry is his passion and his right call for life. Having spent thousands of continuing education after graduation, he has brought his skill sets to a much higher level in several aspects of dentistry, such as oral surgery, implantology, endodontics, prosthodontics. He is a diplomate of the International Dental Implant Association (IDIA) and has lectured on anterior esthetic implants at its symposium in 2021. He and his team will take good care of almost all the patients' needs for oral surgery needs, implants, immediate full mouth implant with same day teeth, esthetic implants, and all other dental needs except orthodontics. He is the member of the IDIA, American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association, Global Diagnosis Education study club, Seattle Study Club.
