The Customer Care is Prompt and Efficient..Very Courteous Staff...The Owner though mad a ROTTEN DECISION when he recently decided to hand unload NEW bags of mulch at $3.65 a bag onto some type of 4+ year old pallet he found in our backyard..over the bank. In making this COST SAVING DECISION...20/25 bags of mulch were infested with ant colonies and not usable, as we sprayed these bags to contain ants from the rest of the yard. The UNDER-PERFORMED SERVICES to save yourself the COST OF A PALLET???? This indeed was a ROTTEN DECISION considering the order was $328.00 plus 12+ years of addlt.purchases...and Yes..we will eat this cost as a customer from your ROTTEN DECISION!!!! Seems like you Quality may be * SLACKING NOW *

I ordered doors from harpos through my contracter and when they came in they where the wrong doors, after my contractor called down there he was told that the doors we wanted were not available anymore. so we let him install the doors that had came in, I went don the next day and got a different salesman and behold the doors I wanted were available. I am now going to have to pay the differance for the two doors which I dont mind but all the work that my contractor did is going to have to be redone and the owner of the place of course says its not his fault,he was the one that ordered the doors to start with and for some odd reason I can't get the truth out of these people if they would have said hey I screwed up I'm sorry it would have been a whole different thing but it seems that no one down there ever makes a mistake,or at least is not willing to admit to it, my contractor knew which doors we wanted because he had just installed one on the back of our house.
