I never go anywhere else except Nancy's, usually customer service is wonderful today 2/14/14 the representative was short but given its Valentines Day could be busy? Also I have always paid a set price obviously prices have changed in last month. I never see finished arrangement till my sons girlfriends/ wife's send me a picture their are none on site.i also send to my daughter spend same amount and because different school than girlfriends they assume smaller arrangements?maybe I will start going to Jill's Flower House where my Husband shops. Little more spendy but he is right better quality. Nancy s has changed whether new management or burnt out not to professional or polite will not refer friends or family any longer. Sorry many many years of doing business with company. Hire decent people who can work under pressure and be professional and maybe put some pictures on your web page 21st century and people are spending hard earned money try being polite. It's not the old shop 4 sure
