- FramingJust before starting college, Jason went to work framing houses and doing residential renovations. Always detail oriented and a "big picture" person, he quickly realized that the construction world would be the perfect fit for him. - Skylight Repair/ReplacementThe new school will be a three-story, L-shaped 132,045 square foot steel frame and concrete on metal deck structure with masonry, glass, and aluminum skin. The building will feature simple and efficient floor plan layout that take advantage of almost all interior space for learning and support service for 740 K-2 students and up to 240 Pre-K students. Translucent skylights will also provide daylight to internal learning areas.

- New ConstructionThe project is seeking certification from the US Green Building Council’s LEED Rating System, Version 4 (LEEDv4) New Construction and Major Renovation.
- DemolitionThe New George H. Mitchell Elementary School will replace the previous George H. Mitchell Elementary School at 500 South Street, Bridgewater, MA. A demolition package has already removed the existing school down to the slab on grade.
- Foundation Installation
- LandscapingConstruction of the Apartment Building Consists of two 6 story towers with a 1 story connector between the two. There are 122 Apartment Units within the two towers, which house 500 students. Each floor has have an individual lounge area for students, and the 1st floor of the south tower consists of a main lobby, a large student lounge area, and a banquet room with a small kitchen area. The main structure is Structural Steel and precast Concrete Plank. The building façade is mainly brick, with metal panel and windows. The Building HVAC is a Variable Refrigerant Flow System, with the Equipment all being set on the roof. The project also consisted of an extensive amount of landscaping and hardscaping throughout the site. There are two courtyards with granite and precast concrete pavers, plantings, and seating areas for students to spend time during the warmer months.
- ExcavationTarget date to start actual construction is Tuesday, Oct. 15, Mr. Gilchrist said. That’s the day they intend to begin excavation for the footings — all foundation work should be complete by the end of December.
- Retaining WallsThe project will include new site access roadways, storm water drainage and treatment structures, sanitary, utilities, hard surface parking, sidewalks, site retaining walls, landscaping and play areas.

- Window Installation/ReplacementThe city has since established a contract with Bacon Construction Co. for construction and demolition work, as well as asbestos removal, window replacement, playground equipment and other items. The project is slated for completion in fall 2023...
- DecksOnce again Agostini Construction Company is partnering with Ai3 Architects to build the Norwood High School. The building consists of shallow concrete foundation, steel structure, composite metal/concrete decks, exterior CFMF with masonry veneer skin. Read More →
- SidingExterior finishes include brick and cast stone masonry with limited areas of fiber cement panel siding. Windows and entrances are aluminum framed systems. Roofing is low-slope single-ply membrane throughout, with a combination of metal and prefabricated FRP cornices.
- Residential Roof RepairThe façade of the building consists of brick, precast concrete stone, Windows, and Stucco with a PVC Roofing System. The sitework consists of all new underground utilities, parking lots, concrete walks, and fields. Various retaining walls will be installed, to allow for the various grade changes to be maintained throughout the site.

- MasonryThe City of Fall River constructed a 58,000SF showplace for the community and the police department. The facility is a 2-story steel and block bearing structure with a masonry façade and a metal roof system. The foundations are supported by piles.
- Electrical WorkThe steel framing will be complete by early July, at which point contractors will get to work on plumbing and electrical work.
