I went there to have a couple links taken off a watch I got as a gift. I asked him if he could do it, he said it would cost $10, which I was OK with. He said I could get it done for free where i bought it and when I told him it was bought online, he said "well there's your problem." I was surprised at how rude he was. It was a gift, and a watch you can't find in stores (at least not any stores near us). I asked how many links to take off, and he stubbornly replied that he wouldn't know until he took it apart (even though I know you can give an educated guess). He was rude and unprofessional and I do not recommend this store. Awful experience. And I was trying to support a local business, but this is one I will never step foot in again.
