On waiting list where the prospective patient has to call in every day to see if there is an opening because of a cancellation is ridiculous! Covenant Care DOES NOT Care! They should call with an opening not the other way around.

If you can get care elsewhere -- do it. I am on my third month of attempting to receive treatment for a serious yet entirely treatable medical condition. When this office isn't repeatedly losing my records and test results, they're referring me to specialists and surgeons that haven't been seeing patients for five months. They don't like to answer their phones and like returning phone calls even less. The only treatment option they have offered me thus far is prayer and I doubt they have it together enough to even accomplish THAT. Don't give these people your business. Especially if you are ill.
